If you want your accountant to hang up on you when you trying to overcome a misunderstanding NASSEH CPA is your accountant.Worst customer serves I've ever experienced with any businesses in Toronto including AirCanada :).They did not file my personal 2020 tax for a whole year even though they charged me the full amount.I really wanna give them some credit but the headache they cost me was Unprofessional, Unnecessarily,, and Not Justifiable.

Always need to follow up with them to do a simple task! Their high traffic may result in shallow consultancy, which wasn't ideal for my financial program and caused bad decisions!
