I can't say enough great things about this location. I'm always welcomed with a smile and a few kind words. If you're unsure and need help deciding what you need, the staff has all the helpful info you need to get smokin' and relaxin'!I always recommend 710! Not being from Ontario I was glad to find this place. My first spot was light a thug dungeon. This place is nice uplifting and you really don't even need to look in the book. Tell them your budget and what you are wanting and they will give you good options.

Just went to 710 downtown. There was about 6 customers and 4 staff members all laughing and having a great time. My jaw hurts from smiling. Why can't all staff be as friendly. Also the dog was super chill.

Amazing staff ! The knowledge they have is amazing for new smokers and just wanting to try something new. Always a smile and a friendly greeting! Will only be shopping there no other shop compares to 710!!!:)

I use their delivery service, which is great. Due to a bad fall I had last year, my dr. does not yet want me driving, so delivery meets my needs. I have sometimes (not all the time) had turbo with the website. I just call them and the wonderful, helpful staff have always helped me out. The staff is great. Overall always a good experience. The delivery staff have been great as well.

These people are honestly amazing. AMAZING. seriously they actually care about your thc needs. They go out of the way to make your life easier. I will not go anywhere else. Steve is an incredible owner. He’s amazing. You guys are great. Staff, ownership is amazing.

Unbelievable, looks like I will be shopping elsewhere which is sad. We have shopped there since they opened because the staff have always been nice, the store has a huge selection, it's clean and not a typical shop you walk into and have to cut the smoke to get through. Today however my partner went in for me because I was in pain and as he went to walk through the door the staff told him he couldn't come in because they didn't feel comfortable with my spouse in the store" like wth is that? Talk about judging someone by how they look. I understand business owners can refuse service to people who cause trouble but when you are just trying to go in and haven't done anything wrong talk about complete discrimination
