The food was great but the atmosphere and service were horrid. Don’t get me wrong I’ve been to chaat houses before but I’ve never revived such poor service. Once we got our food they failed to provide plates and spoons for the whole table. Also when we ordered their specialty drinks they gave them in a plastic bottle as if they are giving takeout and not serving. After asking for a glass they even provided a paper cup and not even a glass cup that you would expect from a restaurant where you sit in. They should take better care of their customers primarily before anything else. To add onto this, waiters frequent their table to see if they food is alright or if they need anything else, but that never happened here. We only say our server at the start and never saw her again. Whoever is in charge needs to train the staff better.

Food was good. Came out hot and fresh. Server was friendly and attentive. One star off as the restaurant doesn't have a feel clean look. Other then that, it's pretty good!

I went toady with so positive vibes and hope to eat something tasty appetizers or chat as the name suggests itself. But highly disappointed. List is long from customer service to food experience, Everything was cold. The waitress (Avneet) gave a cold look and welcome as I entered the door. Then she said, Sit here and wait

Was a long time customer, after today experience will definitely not be returning, one member of our party received there food and the other 3 sat there for 30 minutes waiting. Servers showed attitude when asking how much longer. Will definitely not be returning

was there with my friends to enjoy food. but we left very disappointed . service was too bad but shortly we realized the reason was that restaurant was understaffed . our server was all over the place doing 10 different tasks which is why service was complete disaster. we ordered tikki which was undercooked. our last item arrived when we were done with rest of the food and ready to pay. manager just stood and watched 2 girls running all over the place. management needs to do better and have enough staff specially on weekends when u know it will be busy .

Have been going here for years and recently got an onion kulcha. It was extremely spicy to the point it was not even edible anymore. Called to complain they did not seem to care, will not return

Absolutely love the food here. Tried Amritsari Mixed kulcha, Papdi Chaat and Veg Chowmein. Everything tasted so goood. The staff is very friendly. Super fast service.Nimar served us. She went above and beyond and checked in with us very frequently if we needed anything.

We ordered a plate of 'Tikki-Samosa Chaat with Chhole' and a plate of 'Veg. Chowmein'. We got a plate of 'Tikki Chaat with Chhole (2 Tikki)' instead of 'Tikki-Samosa Chaat with Chhole'. Since, my brother had taken a few bites without realizing so the waitress refused to change the order and instead said that both the dishes cost the same (however, the dish tasted good so we didn't mind). We were served with 'Veg. Chowmein' 10-15 minutes after we had finished the first dish and it was below average and its quantity was also very less.The glasses kept on the table (to have water) were so dirty and the waitress forgot to keep clean glasses when we asked her to change.

Went for the first time there. Everything we ordered was awesome.The best thing is its 100% vegetarian.
