I do propose repair.dental to every dental clinic because of their fantastic service and technical knowledge, and I do not have to look for different technicians, they fix our clinic's computers, equipment, and handpieces and so far have done excellent work.

Nathan is so helpful and understanding when a crisis hits our office. He was able to turn around the sensor repair so quickly and get it back to us. Knowing what kind of a crunch we were under.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!We bought a handpiece and motor from them. No name no brand. They worked until they stopped. They can not be repaired by any other shop, just FYI. So we gave them a try with repairs, even genuine NSK. The supposedly original parts lasted less than no name. Even though we have lubricating unit in the office and follow all instructions. Spoke to their engineers or tech named Nathan, he attempted to upsell me for a new handpiece. Once we refused, he agreed to keep handpiece and refund.. SInce then its been three months of hide and seek game despite his firm promise. Multiple calls- no result. Extremely dishonest way of dealing with customers.BUYER BEWARE!!!TYPICAL BUCKET SHOP AND SCAM
