I traveled far to visit this place because of the reviews. The owner Ken is kind, courteous and very honest. Prices are excellent.I would highly recommend.

I had a gold ring that was quickly repaired while we shopped at the mall. I was so happy with this first experience that I returned a few weeks later and had a custom gold ring made according to my specifications. The owner was able to create this piece masterfully.The prices are very fair and customer service is excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend this jeweller. I am so happy with my experience with Ken at Divine Jewellery. He had such great customer service and was so patient with answering all my questions. He helped me create a custom necklace using a diamond I already owned. I had gone to a few other places for quotes and Ken offered the fairest price by far. He also listened to how I wanted the item (including chain style and setting) and created everything and asked me to come in to take a look before setting the diamond so I could make sure everything was perfect.He was also very thorough in examining and recording the details of my diamond and I was comfortable leaving the stone in his care. He also offered me a fair price in buying back some gold jewellery I had lying around and did not pressure me one way or the other.My experience with Ken was fantastic and I will be coming back in the future for my jewellery needs. I couldn’t recommend him more! Thank you for such a great piece of jewellery and a great experience!

Ken is fantastic and wonderful shop owner! He is very knowledgeable and really cares about his customers. I was looking for a specific diamond shape which no other store could help me find and would not even offer to help me find it. Ken spent a difficult and exhausting four months just to help me find that diamond!
