Lori was amazing and so helpful. I needed an outfit and she came to the rescue. Lori was genuine, kind and listened to what I needed. The associate that worked that night (Jan 19) was kind and helpful as well. I'm not one to post reviews, but they definitely deserve the 5 stars on customer service.

I am not a shopper and often when I walk in a clothing store, I feel overwhelmed and don't know where to begin. Katrina saved the day! She picked out multiple outfits and made my shopping experience so fun! I tried on clothing that I might not have chosen but Katrina has a good eye for what looks good on people! Thanks for your determination, humour and honesty! You are amazing!

It's not very often I write a review but when I do it's because it's warranted. This was my first visit to the Guelph location as I am from Toronto. I needed a specific size in an item which no locations in Toronto had so I drove to Guelph after calling and advised they had it in stock. From the phone call to the purchase I was very much impressed in the professionalism shown. I dealt with Katrina who I must say is a gem. What service! What professionalism! There was a very minor issue with the item but in no time she took care of me!! Katrina is a true representation of what customer service should be. Thank you! Cleo is lucky to have her. She deserves a 5* and deserves to be employee of the month...of the year!! Its worth the drive to Cleo in Guelph!!

So happy. Bought high rise fit rickis jeans in xlong. Right! Xlong. I'm 5'10 and can never find jeans long enough. These are amazing. The helpful gal at the store said if I see some rickis pants I like

Best experience shopping at Ricki’s Cleo in Guelph on Woodlawn Rd. Kat and Laurie are tremendous at their jobs! Super helpful, funny, relatable, know the products well and what suits your style and figure and are very complimentary. Can’t wait to go back!

Perhaps I'm just expecting the world of yesteryear, but at least greet your customers. I haven't been in since pre-pandemic, but thought I'd take a trip as I need a few things.I can't believe how the staff completely ignore you until you approach them. I have worked retail and sales my whole life, and it has never been acceptable to not engage a customer when they enter in some fashion.
