Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I have had 5 laser tattoo removal treatments with Ben at Removery so far and could not be more pleased with the progress. I came in with two brightly coloured tattoos I had gotten on my arms as a teenager, and was doubtful that they were possible to remove but after only 5 treatments they are almost gone! Partway through my series of treatments, I ended up moving to Vancouver and received treatments at other clinics and saw zero results, so I actually flew to Edmonton recently just to see Ben again! He's so good at what he does and really listens to your concerns. I highly recommend going to him if you have any tattoos you are wanting to remove!

I’ve been here to see Madi twice now and both times have been such a great experience. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’ve heard lots of horror stories about the pain. It was not that bad at all! Madi made the whole process so easy and quick! Just make sure you ice and elevate the area you got laser on afterwards and it’s really not so bad

I can’t say enough good things about Removery. I was having the most horrid eyebrows removed (looked bluish green) that I received from ‘Beautiful You’ years ago. I thought the technician’s name was Madi but I received a Thank you text from someone names Jen. Whoever it was, she was wonderful.

I just finished the first session on my tattoo removal here. I am extremely impressed with the customer service of the front-end staff and Maddy, who did the laser removal! Informative, friendly, and everything else you would want. I highly recommend it!

I Don’t usually post negative reviews, but my experience with removery was trash from the beginning.Initial contact was made by their website - they texted me asking if I could come that very day which I couldn’t.I didn’t hear back from them for over a month until I reached out again to make an appointment. I Talked with someone over the phone which I believe the call centre is in the US? I booked an appointment. A week later they called and rescheduled thatappointment for whatever reason.Appointment day comes, I drive an hour to get there and the front desk lady pulls up my chart which stated “consult + treatment same day” and she had to tell me there was no lazer technician actually in. So I drove there for nothing.I ended up getting lazer somewhere else same day because it was easier and more professional. I would not recommend Removery to anyone.

So far it's been an excellent experience getting my tattoo removed. The staff is very articulate and knowledgeable about the process and are realistic with removal time. They are also extremely friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

It is a very welcoming and non-judgemental space where they worked with me to stay comfortable and confident through the removal process. It's so empowering to have something you thought would be there forever fade away week by week between sessions that get easier and easier. The process can be a bit intense but they take multiple steps to make it less painful and it only takes a few minutes and you are on your way to reclaiming that part of you that was stuck under tattoo regret. I'm so grateful to the Removery team I'm almost sad my tattoo is gone! I will miss their ongoing support of my process, but I am so grateful and pleased that they gave me the results I dreamed of.Endless respect and love for the Removery Team.

I had some trouble getting into the building but I had no trouble finding them once I was inside. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to get started on the removal process the same day! It was too bad but it was a small tattoo. Would definitely recommend them!!!

If you're looking for tattoo removal, there is no better business to support. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, gentle and kind. I myself am a tattoo artist of 13 years and I will only send clients to this business for laser removal. It is worth every penny to love your skin again!
