They are so knowledgeable and provide great advice. My favorite thing that they offer is 30 min express training sessions. I work full time and this allows me to train on my lunch break with Nicole and Mhaire through out week, which helps keep me on track!

The trainers are so wonderful and knowledgeable. I have only ever heard great things from the people who have worked beside them. I personally had a trainer and she was amazing.
