In April of 2022, my son listed his house with Leslie Powers. The house sold quickly and we were impressed with her honesty, integrity, and business acumen. When it came time for the property to close we found out from our lawyer fifteen minutes before five that the people were not closing. Many would choose to start pointing fingers, but our agent did her homework. We are tough customers and when we drilled down to see what happened, our agent was not at fault. In fact, she went through the process of selling the house for us a second time. We had already moved the furniture out, so she even staged the home for us at her expense. She gave 100% effort to resell and she even held open houses every weekend, which was not originally requested by us. The best part is she offered to do whatever it took to sell our home. It's true, the market shifted but she got us an offer. We'll have to battle for the rest from the original purchasers. Regardless, one always sees the content of a person's character when they're under stress. Leslie Powers came through with flying colours! She deserves your business. We would use her again.

Leslie Powers in two words: sloppy and unprofessional. We hired her to sell my boyfriend’s condo. Unfortunately, it was listed the day the market shifted (not her fault). More unfortunate was her lack of initiative, lack of communication, and bad advice. The condo sat on the market for over 2 weeks before she even put up a sign. She told us to take down the listing because there was no interest, when a showing was in fact scheduled for the very next day, but she had missed the notification. The icing on the cake was when she called our friend who referred her to us to complain. Extremely unprofessional. The best thing she did was release us from the contract. Do not recommend.

Very disappointed with my first conversation with this agent. Didn’t come across friendly or helpful. More avoiding the question asked and making me fell uncomfortable for asking. Felt she was above me and entitled. For this reason I passed on this house. Don’t care if I lost out I don’t want to deal with someone like this.
