Public Storage

Sometimes you just need a little more space. For myself, that space needs to be close, accessible, clean & secure. The Public Storage facility on Rupert in Vancouver excels within my criteria. But my recommendation is based on the team at this facility. I've had great experiences with every member I interacted with. Great customer service. Thanks Public Storage.

I had a wonderful experience here today. The staff(Especially Shari) made me feel relieved and happy with offer great service. And the facilities and environment are good. I really recommend this place.

Nims definitely tried to rush us out and make an appointment for the next day because she wanted to leave and thought the paper work would take too long. But it was cleared up when we went back to he office and they got us thru easy and set us up with our unit.Kind people, clean space.

Place is nice and price is right, but staff made me feel uncomfortable and spoke to me like I was dumb, then completely ignored me. Also, other customers were rude about us moving stuff into our nit because we were in their way, even thiugh we were finishing up and they just got there. Made it a not very pleasant first experience, but hopefully it'll be better next time

Stephen, Shahbaaz and Nims are a fantastic and professional team. Their organization and customer service was exceptional. The leasing process and moving everything into storage was by far the least painful and most convenient part of our move.

Deanna helped me with a storage unit for an upcoming apartment move and she was just fabulous. She understood what I was looking for and found me a unit at a great price - there was a 1 month special. She even called out what might be the best option in case I ended up needing more than one month. Really appreciate her thoughtfulness and helping me get the best unit for the lowest price.

Natalie was very helpful and didn’t rush me when going over my options for storage. She also managed a quick rush of customers by communicating with me when she had to step away from closing my rental set up and deal with payments. Great customer service!

I've visited the office to contract. Everyone was so nice and explained everything I need to know(Sorry I forgot the name of employee). Also storage I wanted was good enough and price was reasonable. It was all air conditioned and looks pretty secure

When I moved to BC, I was living in 2 rooms and needed offsite storage. Eventually I met someone and moved into a condo that had no storage, and our need to make the most of our space increased. All the time, the staff at Public Storage have been great. Every time someone moved on, I worried that the new people couldn't be as helpful and pleasant, and yet they always are. Also, the facility is secure, well-lighted, and we never saw any signs of rodent activity. Now that we are moving to another province, where we hope at last to be living with all our belongings that matter, we will take the opportunity to warmly recommend Public Storage at Rupert for as long or short a time as you need to store things.

Excellent place to store your things! Great people, really nice. Terrific promotions and rates. Very clean, accessible and easy to get to. Highly recommended!
