Had an emergency on a Sunday morning when a new tenant could not get access to her apartment because the key wouldn't open the lock. Alain was at the property within 20 minutes (despite the freezing rain) and had a new lock placed in no time. Very fast, very professional, and reliable! Highly recommended!

Made an appointment with this company 2 weeks before I needed my locks recoded. No show on the day. When I called he argued that I didn't make an appointment with him because he was on holidays.Very unprofessional I do not recommend
