Coles - Northgate Mall

I spent over $150 here the other day. While the girl at the counter was friendly and helpful, one staff member decided to follow my son and I around the store. She did not ask if we needed help and despite the small size of the store, she circled us twice. It's been bothering me for the past couple days. I did not have a bag on me so I'm curious where she thinks I would've stuffed a book or two. At least pretend to assist people while you racial profile them.

I love this store, it's where my addiction for books came from! So many cool things that can catch your eyes, definitely recommend

Great selection of books for all literacy levels and posh accessories for home or office. I love the selection of coffee mugs and cups, as well as the selection of baby items(clothes, blankets, accessories). Customer service is also great, and the checkout process is usually pretty fast. They are a part of the Chapters brand, so you can earn Indigo rewards here.

Get a good book there or an e reader, games and much more

Rudest employees I've ever seen, anywhere. I've spent lots of time and money there in the past but will never enter their premises or spend another penny there again after my last experience. Companies that hire staff such as this do not deserve to stay in business.

The Staff here are amazing the employe i spoke with was so knowledgeable about so many different genres of books. We ended up both liking the same types of books, she recommended 5 different series i bought 1 entire series. The ne t week i was back i had binged that whole series 5 books in 6 days not short books either 800 to 1200 pages a book , they were so good i couldn't put the books down i spent my entire 2 weeks off reading either in the camper or outside in my chair. I had to drive the 2 hrs back to the mall to get the other series she told me about, if you like Super Natural nased books or Fantasy go to the Northgate Coles even if you read ofc an E reader i like both physical in my hands books and my Kobo, just go to get so inspo from the staff at the very least . You will not be disappointed the store may be small in comparison to the big huge book stores , but i promise you that you will not get the personal experience with the staff of the huge book stores as you do with the smaller ones like Coles and what they carry will amaze you. If they don't have it in store they have no problem ordering it for you , i promise if you love to read over watching T.V go to this location and ask for a few recommendations you will be in a new adventure soon enough.

I was in this location on Saturday and the two people you had working were amazing. I absolutely loved shopping with such wonderful staff. I loved the young man's beard and the young lady had such style. They were both very kind, ans helpful. They also kept tabs on my son when he slipped around the corner I was reading at. You have amazing employees. I hope they know this! Thanks again. I'll definitely be back.

Think one of the only book stores left in town. Small. Not sure how relevant anymore

Experience was okay overall, I had asked for assistance and was left waiting only to never be helped, didn't find the books I was looking for.
