People are super welcoming and obvious animal lovers. Lots of doggo stuffs, less so for cats, but you get the basics. We always go here for World's Best Cat litter.

We always get an exceptional customer service from the staff. Jenny is one of them, she is very patient and answers to all of your questions. I could see her smile even behind her mask. Her recommendations were very helpful. I have a cat with sensitive stomach and we had to try EVERYTHING for him which led to lots of returns, I felt very guilty about it but they assure me that it is ok and normal and we are always welcome to their store. Thank you for your great customer service!

The staff are very friendly, greeting you when you walk in and checking to ensure you are finding what you need. Prices are very reasonable for what I was looking for. They have a larger selection of food, toys and other accessories for dogs with a smaller selection for cats. As I have cats I do need to shop other stores for a complete selection.

My new go-to store. Extremely clean and well organized. Great, high quality pet products. They carry Fromm dog food which can be very hard to find in most stores.

It's a good store but too bad their reward system is wired on kibble would visit more often, they have a pretty good selection of toys and other stuff for pets also prices are ok

Great stock -- was greeted when I came into the store and the staff member walked me over to what I was looking for. There was a mis-price on the cat litter, which was disappointing as no discount was offered for being cooperative (and paying full price) But the experience was overall excellent and I'll be back. 4 1/2 rounded up. Also, no loyalty for buying non-food related items.

They have a wonderful supply of rain jackets for your pets with cabs or hoodies. The first time I was there we got free salmon treats which my dog absolutely loved. The staff are friendly and helpful and they’re open pretty late at night which makes it super convenient to shop.My dog is super picky about what to eat so they gave us some free food samples.
