I left the clinic without my wisdom tooth, but I left full of gratitude!First I would like to thank Dr. Takra and his entire team for so much affection and empathy with me as soon as I arrived at the clinic.Professionals who put themselves in the patient's shoes, seeking to understand their fragility and fear at the time of the procedure. I do love this place. I just had my filling done and its easy to book for cleaning which is nice cause it keeps me on track. They treat you nicely from the front desk to the hygienist and up to the dentist. It was a hassle free experience, keep it up.

This office is so welcoming. I came into West14 dental with my daughter, who hasn’t had the best dental experiences, and Dr. Takra and the team made her and I feel both at ease. This was by far the best experience she has ever had.

Staff is very friendly, but my partner and I both had fillings done here about 8 months ago, where we were both left with tooth sensitivity afterwards. I gave this office another try for my annual cleaning, and I had 2 fillings done per dentist recommendation over 2 months ago (one they were re-doing from the previous appointment). I have since been back 3 times due to extreme tooth sensitivity, finally they attempted to re do the filling and I was informed that if it is still hurting, I will need a root canal. My tooth is still aching and so sensitive. I will be getting a second opinion and not returning to this clinic, which is unfortunate.

It was a great experience to go to west 14 dental care. Dr. Takra and team are a great help for our dental needs, they go beyond the point to take care of their patients and making them comfortable when they are in pain. Thank you much sir for taking care of my Dad. It was really a great experience.

The best dental clinic I have been to! Modern and warm atmosphere. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Most comfortable dental experience ever, for a moment I thought I was laying on my couch watching Netflix and before I knew it the work was done. I’m very satisfied with my completed treatment. I saw Dr Talkra for an infected tooth which I chose to have extracted. He was very supportive of my decision and did an excellent job of extracting my tooth. His kindness gentle nature and professionalism was outstanding. I am very nervous at dental appointments but my experience was very stress free. His staff are also exceptional and felt like i was among friends. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I want to share my overall experience with West14. Staff in the reception and hygenist are resourseful. This one star is for them.Coming to the Dentist, I was told by Takra I was having couple of small fillings that needs to be adressed and ended up 4 fillings overall. I wonder how he missed diagnosing the 2 fillings on the day of exam. The sensitivity lasted more than 2 months and finally he said one tooth needs root canal treatment. I consulted another dentist and they re did filling and placed medication in the tooth before filling. Dentist informed tooth doesnt need a root canal treatment. Overall experience with the dentist was horrendous. By the way he asked me to give a 5 star review but here Im with my genuine review.

Amazing clinic, staff, atmosphere from the moment you want in the door till the moment you leave. Staff very knowledgeable and caring and go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Dentists are amazing at taking the time to explain procedures and give you all options available. You will be well taken care of at the clinic. Would highly recommend!!
