Shady and unprofessional business, no quotes, they don't ask for customer's approval before going forward with repairs, extremely rude staff, poor craftsmanship. But I'm grateful they gave a refund.

I was extremely impressed by the services I got today! I am quite difficult to please usually but today I went to see them just for a battery change on my Patek Philippe and I was so pleased and impressed by their selection and service that I started buying myself jewelry as well as for my wife! They have such great prices, selection and honesty that it was a true pleasure! Also I can't believe how some people in this area be so off and cruel by criticizing them negatively.

I’ve been coming here for years without any issues however the girl working on the afternoon of September 9th is unqualified and unprofessional. She was on the phone the whole time and had no idea how to open my watch to replace the battery. She ended up scratching it in 4 places without accomplishing anything and told me to come back tomorrow so somebody else can change the battery without even apologizing

Awful services!!! I just brought my watches to change a battery , an employee took a knife and tried to open it with a hammer , she scratched my watches ...... !!!!

The sign says open at 10:00 am. I waited there from 9:55 am until 10:22 am when a woman finally strolled in. She didn't apologize for being late, or even say hello. She took her time taking the covers off the display and the cash etc.. Then took my claim ticket again without so much as a smile or any greeting at all. Pathetic customer service. I will never go back!

Do Not bring your watch here for a battery! The girl was unqualified and caused extreme damage to my mint condition watch and Still wasn’t able to install a new battery! So now I’m left with damages and no battery! Super unprofessional, this girl is Lucky! Get all new Qualified staff!

I brought a Casio G-Shock for a battery change (BIGmistake). The guy who did the job lost one of the screws, then tried to replaceit with any screw, then said: 'let me order the screws, and I will call you when youwatch is ready'. Well, I went to the swimming pool and it was the last day for myG-Shock … the water got in... The battery change at this place was the ruin formy G-Shock. Never again. I give them one star, because there is no minus 5 starsas an option.
