Update:January 2023: Happy CustomerGot a new power chair today. Not really !!!!!!What did happen was I got a service done by a real professional technician named A.J.He picked up my power chair in the morning, gave it a complete check up including new ( used ) tires at a great price and checked it all over. When A.J. dropped it off in the afternoon, I quickly took it out for a test and I thought I was using a brand new power chair. Smooth as silk and clean as a whistle.Thanks A.J., you really know your stuff.GuyFirst of all let me say how pleased I've been with everyone at Canada Scooters in Victoria. The use of a power chair ( Shoprider Navigator ) has opened up so many possibilities. I have visited so many places in Victoria that would be impossible without the power chair.Today, the controller that operates the power chair stopped working and thanks to the complete orientation from day one, I remembered and was able to, take it out of gear and get back home. I called Canada Scooters first thing and spoke to AJ in the service department. Shortly thereafter, AJ came and picked up the power chair. An hour later he called and explained the issue. Thankfully my wife has an extended insurance plan through her employer and we have submitted a quote. Not to leave me without a power chair, Canada Scooters & AJ, installed a used controller as a loaner until we hear from the insurer.The service from Neil & AJ at Canada Scooters in Victoria on Douglas street is top notch. After visiting Canada Scooters on Cook street with the Occupational Therapist from the Health Unit, it became clear that Neil was very knowledgeable about the product I was interested in. At first I was interested in the folding power wheelchair but after it became evident it would not suit my needs in the long term, through Neil's experience he guided me & the Therapist to the Mobility power chair called Jazzy. After a few test runs outside and a thorough overview of the features it was decided that we should submit a quote on that particular model. When Neil delivered the power chair called Jazzy, both the wife & I were impressed on his quick refresher of the features and explanation on the proper use of the new chair.Would I recommend Neil at Canada Scooters, of course. Would you like to see my new power chair, sorry but I'm outside enjoying my expanded independence and fun filled days in the Jazzy.

Review: King Cobra PGV Executive Mobility ScooterFirst off, big thank you to the Victoria, BC, branch outlet with my purchase of the above scooter. Two days of golf and the unit performed to my expectations. Steep up hill grades/down hill grades, performance was suburb. Battery reserve was great with lots left over after playing 18 holes and traveling back home which was a total of 18 km. As my golf buddies commented, great choice, going to look into possible purchase. I'm thrilled with my choice and looking forward to the rest of the year golfing at my golf club.

very satisfied with my purchase from this company and the follow up service was also first rate. if you are a real disabled person who needs a good cart and follow up, these are the guys to buy from. I didn't know of them before buying my cart, I shopped around and I made the right decision. Jim

I absolutely love my Travel buggy! It allows me the freedom I never had before. We have used it on multiple trips and it is very comfortable, maneuverable and lasted the whole day without having to recharge. Superb customer service, and great staff! I rented a scooter for my grandmother who was visiting from the UK. She doesn't normally need one, but had recently had an unplanned operation that made it difficult for her to walk as far as she thought, threatening to ruin a long-planned trip..Despite giving them very little notice (I literally called up the day before), and their having a busy week, Neil and AJ were able to get a scooter ready for us to pick up first thing the next morning! We rented it for a week, and it meant my grandmother was able to see Victoria and enjoy the amazing visit she'd hoped for.Professional and courteous customer experience throughout. Can't thank you guys enough!

Terrific customer service that is easy to reach by phone. Amazing product. What more do you need? My scooter has given me independence and the freedom to run errands myself. May seem like a little thing to some, but being able to go anywhere I want without waiting for a cab or bus or friend to take me has greatly improved my mental health.

I purchased my scooter about 2010. The sales person was extremely helpful in advising which model would be most suitable to my lifestyle. About 5 years later my scooter was damaged on a west jet flight. Canada scooter, although based in another province, had their repairman come to my home and repair the scooter. Their customer care and service is exceptional.
