Wonderful service and information over the past two days. We are adopting a cat from SPCA and have to start all over not having a pet for the past 10 years. The staff was very helpful, informative and pleasant to deal with. I also appreciate the seniors and veterans programs that are available on the last Thursday of each month. Thank you for all the help.

We had to get ANOTHER toy for our hairy daughter. They have a great selection of food and play things. Don't forget to pet the kitties when you're shopping!!

As a cat Mom to 3 boys I just wanted to say that Pet Valu is my go to pet store. Everytime I go in they are so helpful and a joy to be around. I have adopted 2 cats from here. One today and they are amazing. They went above and beyond in advice and even lent my a car carrier overnight to bring my little guy home. Thank you so much for everything and you will be getting my continued business! Also I wanted to thank Lori for her friendly customer service she is a complete joy to deal with :)

Nancy was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make shopping for our new puppy an amazing experience. Not only did she provide excellent product recommendations, but she ensured that we saved as much as possible and got the best deals. I would recommend this place to anyone with a new pup!

I really valu a Canadian company that tries to keep products also made in Canada. I've used their brand for over 12yrs now for both my kitties and pup. The staff here are always super helpful and friendly. Love the dog wash station for my old Sheppard X too.
