First time customers, we needed to replace our washing machine asap and they came through...had stock available and we were able to bring it home on the spot. Great local business. Will definitely support them again with any appliance needs we have!

We are so happy we went to Jonas and not a big box store. We arrived at the store at 9am, made our purchase by 10am, and it arrived at our house, delivered and installed before 1pm! Same day! We are so happy with the washer we purchased. We were able to do laundry 24 hours after the one we had stopped working. We have kitchen appliances from 9 years ago from Jonas as well. Always excellent service. They are so knowledgeable.

I have now had the experience of 2 separate purchase from Jonas in the last year . Peter helped us with a new washing machine back in Dec 2021 when supply chains were challenged. He found us a good quality LG unit that meet our requirements and was in stock. It was supplied and installed in a timely fashion and the unit has been great! I just purchased a LG dishwasher from them as well and had another excellent experience. They have great installers that are professional and considerate. I will always support local small business vs big box stores as they have more direct experience with the products, have a better understanding of the features and benefits of the products they sell, and provide full service including delivery and installation. They can steer you away from problematic and trendy features. When you compare pricing it's worth spending a little more for full service... It was a pleasure to work with Peter Jonas and I will do so again.

An amazing experience when shopping there. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and go out of their way to help you. We have replaced all our kitchen appliances now with them and the service couldn't have been better.They price match the big box stores too.Delivery and installation went smoothly and they took our old appliances away too.Will buy my washer/dryer there when they go. Which is probably soon.

Bought a fridge and stove. It was delivered the following week. Very happy!

Home Deot had almost nothing to show.Lowes had stuff to show, but nothing in stock locally and said it could take weeks to deliver.Costco let me choose a delivery date two days after the order was made, but did not disclose that was actually impossible to do and that after the shipper received the freezer, they would contact us to arrange delivery the next week. We found this out when we called to find out when they were going to show up on the delivery day.I made the order with Jonas on the phone at 12:45 and it was delivered and setup by 2:30 the same day. (it helped that a delivery was cancelled by someone else.).The best part of it is that we get to support a local family business.

I am writing this review to tell you how impressed I was with your service. To be honest we had never heard of Jonas Appliances till we needed a new freezer. I spoke with Randy on the phone who made the whole transaction very simple. Randy was knowledgeable and accommodating. From start to finish the service has been *exceptional*. We were alerted 15 minutes ahead of the delivery. They were here on time and so professional, fast, efficient and friendly. A huge shout-out to the delivery guys. I will happily tell all about how exceptional your service quality is. Thank you to everyone concerned. Five stars.

Jonas appliances is knowingly selling inferior products and will not help us out with the garbage refrigerator they sold us. Do not buy anything made by the company Frigidaire.

We will never buy appliances from Big Box stores again. In January we bought a refrigerator and Randy was so knowledgeable and got us the perfect unit for the space - if we would have purchased elsewhere we would have ended up with a much smaller fridge. Today we purchased a washing machine and again Randy was super helpful - he knows his stuff and gives honest information. He even helped us get an amazing deal. We also love that we can have our new appliances delivered and installed within a day or two - not in 3-6 months. Highly recommend Jonas Appliances.

My wife and I have dealt with Peter for over 25 years. In fact he still has paper records of our first purchase.Jonas Appliances price point has always been very fair, so when it was time to replace our kitchen appliances, I went to Peter and asked for his best price. I also did my homework, shopped 3 different big box locations, got package prices from all 3, but guess what, I ended up back at Jonas Appliances and purchased everything.Whether it be new appliances, parts or just trouble shooting a problem, their customer service and pricing have always been outstanding, guess that's how you stay in business for over 60 years.
