My car broke down and Brian showed up so quickly after I called. He was so helpful and we got my car to the shop. I am extremely satisfied with the service I was provided and I felt the price was great considering this happened at 8:00PM and i wasn't charged an after hours fee!! Highly recommended service.

We were travelling through Fairmont Hot Springs and had a problem with our diesel pusher motorhome. Miles and his staff of Clayton in parts and Justin in service and Rob the technician had us up and running and on the road again quicker than we could have imagined. Thanks guys great job and great business to deal with!

Brilliant simply brilliant. John in service and Miles couldn't have been more helpful when I had a burst airbag on my trailer right outside the US border crossing point. The attending mechanic God bless him worked underneath the trailer in freezing and slushy conditions with zero complaints and a huge smile. Cannot say enough about this dealership. Service how it should be real old school service not often found in this modern day. Kudos to all at Freightliner Cranbrook BC

We are highly satisfied with the towing services. Brian helped lifting one of our trucks from a ditch. He could try pulling but he made sure that our equipment doesn't damage. He analysed everything carefully before taking action. Thank you Brian and Keep up the good work!!!

Guys in service have us complete run around for more than 8 days, took them that long to keep saying maybe we can fit you in this afternoon but will see. Our family was stranded at a hotel for the duration- finally we got keys and had local mobile mechanic come to install new belt & pump.I hope that karma catches up with these fellas & leaves them or their loved ones stranded one day!! It all comes around !

I brought in my Motorhome because of a sticky right front brake which resulted in an annoying squeaking noise and a wheel that didn't spin freely. The mechanic said it was easy to fix in about an hour. So I brought it in again, and picked up later worth the message: it was all fixed. The cost was 381$, way more than expected, including 21$ shop supplies and 12$ caliper grease, which I couldn't find back on the tracks where the brake pads slide up and down.I trusted that and went on a trip. But the squeaking came back and after jacking up the coach, I saw the wheel didn't spin freely at all.So I went back, but they said they didn't know too much about hydraulic brakes, so sent me over to D&H service. He recommended to change out the whole caliper, instead of trying to repair it. Because a new caliper is 150 and labor 110. You wonder why Freightliner didn't do that, would have been way cheaper.Upon request if partial labor cost could be refunded, the owner decided: NO. Because the issue was solved and the wheel could spin freely after their work. Weird that I still have the caliper retrieved at D&H auto. What's not correct in this story?Matt tried to help me, but unfortunately the owner has a different view of service unfortunately.
