Comfort Plus Mobility

I would like to compliment Comfort Plus Mobility on their excellent customer service. It is exceptional.I rented a knee scooter for one month to help me after an upcoming surgery where I won't be able to put any weight down for several weeks. I picked the scooter up on Saturday for surgery on Monday. My surgery was bumped two days in a row and is now rescheduled. Comfort Plus Mobility staff were very understanding. I took the scooter back without any charges at all. They will keep my information on file and re-start the contract when my surgery happens.This kind of customer service is rare. I was expecting to pay for the four days I had the scooter. I appreciate their care and understanding.Thank you!Sherry

We needed a ramp for my dad's scooter ASAP. So I called them for the size we needed. They took our order over the phone and got the ramp in earlier than expected (next day!). I couldn't pick it up befor closing time. The gentleman working there offered to drop it off after work, on his way home....at no charge! These guys are great! Thanks!

I called 5 different places and Comfort Plus Mobility was by far the most friendly and professional during the initial phone call. I then rented from them, and also received great service in store. Good rental prices, too.
