Careful who u let drive your vehicles. Someone driving on of your vans was tailgating the car I was in on the 20 West before the exit 22 at 18h45 October 14th. Extremely dangerous driving, swerving into the shoulder to avoid hitting us when we had to slow down for cars infront of us. Bad reflection in your business and could easily have resulted in a serious accident.

I ended up paying 400$ for diagnostic of a stacker. Maybe this is normal for this kind of service but I don't find it fair to be charged 1h travel time when our warehouse is only 5min walking down the street /shop local rule does not apply here I guess/. Also 1.30h labour for 55min reading of schematics and making phone calls. The actual diagnostic included battery check and playing around with the controls for 5 min and that was it - the rest was paperwork preparation and all that rounded up at 1.30h. The tech did not even know how to close the control panel so I had to close it for him, good thing I had it opened before he arrived, if not, it would've been another 45min labor :) . Seriously, I think when someone charges 125$/h, they need to justify that charge . And yes, I did try to speak to some of the managers there but they did not seem to care much about it. It took Mario 2 weeks and 3 reminders to pass the message up, Kenny said he would follow up but never did...so I assume this is really the way this company is doing business.
