We have been actively growing each year and continually adding new rental equipment so we can better serve our community, contractors, and the backyard warriors. |

On the first major snowfall of the year my snowblower did not work. A few days later I called Tillsonburg rentals and they picked it up that very same day, had it fixed and returned to me two days later. Everyone was professional, and efficient, and explained everything, and the price was very reasonable. I was impressed.

Went to rent a power sweeper for spring clean up. Asked if they could do the clean up for me and they said on Thursday. Day came no show no call nothing. Called them and was told they got to busy but might be able to come in a week. If you want something done with your property this IS NOT the place to get it done. Go somewhere that wants business this is not the place

I had some issues with the previous manager rushing through a sale however the NEW Manager Mike was sure to go above and beyond to make things right and make me a happy customer. He took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed them in a timely manner. A happy customer is a repeat customer ! Thanks for everything Mike ! Bought a Cforce500 ATV from them, Zeke was great to work with and had a great product at a great price, great service as well, seemed eager to help out. My CFMoto has been great over the last 500km, so far no issues and I have been very hard on it!

Nice store and brands, just had a terrible experience.I took my chainsaw in for a tune up, told them I needed it ready to go to take to New Brunswick. Get the saw back, paid $50.00The saw wouldn't start after the tune up, and the pull cord was barely retracting. Take the saw back say I need it ready in one week to go to New Brunswick. The chainsaw was not ready on time.So I bought a new chainsaw in New Brunswick and paid $90.00 to get my old saw back. Needless to say I will never go back there.

Purchased something they measured for me turns out to be the wrong size, wouldn't return it.Wendy says she's the service manager, her tone however depicted someone Very Belligerent and unfit for the position.Would give -5 stars if I could!!
