Really wish I never tried to order from this company. Awful customer service that either ignored me or wasted my time. Not accommodating or helpful a single bit with my online order. We're happy to take my money and make me wait weeks for a response/refund bit would not offer to resend or give me a price match because I made my purchase during a sale. Dismissive customer service who didn't care less about me or my concerns. Never again would I buy anything from them even if it was free!

Awful customer service.Online order was supposed to take 7-14 business days, which is not normal delay nowadays, especially for a local company.In the end, they canceled my order because product was not in stock.When you try to call the stores, they don’t pick up because they’re too busy.Would not buy here again.

Love the products, but too costly. I needed some T-shirts, shorts and pants. I calculated, it was almost 1000$, not worth it. So I went in from one door and out the other. Sorry, really love the store, but I can't at that price.

(edit)Changing from 1 to 3 stars for the effort the centre put into calling me back and offering to fix the flat, but i had already fixed it. It would have been better if they had been bit more diligent.Went in to change a tire puncture and paid for new tube and replacement cost. within 30 minutes after leaving the place had a flat again, turns out they didn't remove the metal pin that caused the puncture and didn't replace the valve stem cap and nut cap. I was stranded in the middle of the road with a flat and loose front wheel.

They didn't have the skis we wanted (late shipment), but the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff makes me overlook that and give five stars anyway. Would recommend.

Don’t be in a rush when you get here you will find yourself looking at hundreds of amazing items. Plenty of space plenty of parking easy to get to off Saint Martin Boulevard. No pressure sales and thank God they have a bathroom.

Great service, went in to pick up some tires for my bike. And the salesman was very helpful took the time to explain me everything and showed me the exact products I should get. Would definitely recommend.
