Got appointment at a few hours notice. Quick service for what i needed to repair on my car. Very satisfied. Waiting room has wifi and accessible electrical outlet to charge your devices. Free coffee and water as well.

Incredible service, very useful information in got helped to find what i need and got all the explanations about all the product i was there for. The person took his time to help even when it was so close to closing time. I didn't get rushed and felt the good service.

Terrible service at garage! Brought my Jeep there on October 11 2022 for a check engine light and to replace a wheel bearing, was charged 109$ for check engine scan and 109$ for evap emission test , and 15$ for a new gas cap , was told that Jeep was repaired and I could pick up on October 12 2022 , I picked up Jeep on October 14 2022 , and check engine light was still on , I called garage on 17 October and spoke to a woman and told her check engine light was still on , she gave me an appointment 19 October at 7 pm , when I arrived at 7 , a woman at garage counter told me there was no appointment taken for me and that I would have to come back another day !!! I was furious needless to say, no apology, no explanation, nothing just a blank look on her face ,

Went there as I was asked to show id for a credit card application, as I do most of my shopping there, well after filling out forms online, getting mail & going there in person it seems they don't care for customers, never even received a follow up from my application, gave it directly to the staff there, so either they didn't care to send it or Canadian Tire doesn't require new customers, guess I'll be buying stuff for the house & fishing etc... elsewhere, sure other companies would appreciate $2,000 a month in sales... sad been shopping at Canadian Tire for 35 years...

If you are not in a hurry. The checkout line is sooo long. If you want to leave without any purchase, good luck getting out because you have to go through the people in line. They have only one (1) line! People around us where frustrated. How do you exit in case of emergency?

Best place to buy everything you need.Pricing moderate and considerate.However some Canadian tire employees are ready to assist you when called upon but some aren’t.They go hiding at the extreme back of the right alley to talk to themselves whiles a client keeps waiting on them.

Worst service I have ever seen!! They asked me to wait 1.5 hours and I have waited 5 hours for oil change!!!!

I got a flat tire a month ago, I came there in urgency to purchase a new tire and got it replace. I was told that they are fully booked which is understandable even a great management would've see what can be done. I finally ended taking an appointment and the gentleman told me 11 am. I come today at 1039 and was told that my appointment was at 9!!! Didn't want to argue it but asked what can be done since the staff i meet previously was not oriented customer service and they told me they will do it between two cars.I have been seatting for 3 hours without any development. I suddenly realized that they was no more noise and went to see whats going on and realized that the shop was empty. After asking the person in front desk they told me that the staff went to lunch!!! If during lunch they close the shop, they could tell people.Very bad customer experience. Normal behavior is you have the client record so if he did not show up just a quick call to say hey...funny thing is when they have to call you for upsell, they never hesitate.There's always something with car shop.
