My daughter ordered a futon bunk bed through Real Canadian Superstore. The order came with a headboard and support hook missing. Nobody is getting back to us on this. Very disgusting customer service! My daughter should have read the reviews!

I do not recommend this supplier via Best Buy Online, I purchased something from Best Buy Marketplace and I never received my product and had to argue with different parties about a simple refund. It took over a MONTH to get my refund and I never got a clear answer on what had happened to my shipment. I went to the Brick and got what I needed delivered to my doorstep the next day upon payment.

The furniture is nice, had some hassle originally. My son ordered a double bed and I received a queen bed with double mattress.I called the company for 3 extra slats for the platform bed but this was refused by the company. I offered to buy them and again was refused. The woman I spoke to was not very nice and slightly arrogant and her voice appeared happy to refuse me. Rude,not friendly and no good Customer service skills.

Bought a bed through Direct buy. Assembled the bed as per instructions. After 3 months it broke. When Direct Buy contacted Titus they claimed that I assembled the bed incorrectly. When I asked for the assembly instructions they sent the same instructions that I had and proved that I assembled the bed correctly as per instructions. When requested for refund or replacement, Titus refused to replace or provide a refund. No wonders they have such bad reviews.

Horrible experience. Ordered a Titus bed from a local mattress store (in an effort to support small and Canadian businesses) and have been dealing with one disappointment after the next.Ordered a platform bed which arrived with no instructions in the box. Once it was sent our way and we started piecing the bed together, we came to realize that the bed slats and cross braces were all cut too short, none of which we were able to install. Had the local mattress store contact Titus to resolve the matter. After more delays, new slots finally arrived but this time, the slats do not have drilled pilot holes for the screws and the cross braces came without any brackets on them. In fact, they were just thrown in a bag with the screws left for us to deal with.End of day, a problem created by Titus and then when brought to their attention, addressed in such a haphazard and unprofessional manner as if we were the ones to cause the mistake to begin with.Really disappointed not only by the product but by the quality of customer service all around. Maybe Ikea was the way to go?!

I ordered a small table for the back of the couch. This company has been putting me off for 8 months and I still haven’t received it yet. When I asked for a refund, suddenly it was shipped but of course nowhere to be found ( avoiding paying the refund) . Took our money but no product was delivered. I think this constitutes theft. Bad, bad, bad, bad company. Avoid like the plague

Awful and disgraceful company.They have poorly built products, specifically in my experience 4 leather dining chairs bought through Direct Buy with Titus Furniture as the vendor. The staff at Titus are very clueless and unprofessional.They can’t build a simple working dining chair. That alone says enough about the quality of their work.I want my refund for the chairs yet they have not been responding to me or the Direct Buy representative Melissa. I am thoroughly disgusted with this company and their awful products and service.I recommend save your money and do NOT buy from them.

Disgusting company to deal with. Cheap quality furniture, they do not stand behind their products. The bed I bought came damaged, with a defect on the headboard, stain on the side rail and the drawer never opened properly since day one. After a few uses of the drawer literally fell apart. It was purchased through Direct Buy and neither them or Titus rectified the problem. A terrible experience! I wont ever buy from Titus again.

Reached out to Titus for additional legs for our bed frames and there response was immediate and very accommodating.Thanks for the great service.
