Cooksville Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram

I bought an used car from this Cooksville dealership. Kayvan was the only one who was honest and not manipulative. I went to so many dealerships (whitby Honda, Leavens Mazda in London, and Gyro Hyundai in Toronto, etc.). They put gas fee and administration fees and warranty on top of the price of the vehicle and licensing fee. The price was not negotiable. To them, negotiation means they only opted out gas fee or administration fee. Actually when I called them, they all said it is only + HST and licensing but it turned out they put all extra fees. It was nonsense to me.They even refused to replace any parts if the vehicle passes the safety but would only replace parts that did not pass the safety. But here, Kayvan did not put any fees. No hidden fees. The price was actually negotiable. He is willing to touch the original listed price and he will go from there. He replaced a lot of parts. I Highly recommend here. I went to more than 20 different dealerships in March and April.

I do not recommend this place. I bought a new Ram car with extra warranty on rims and tires. After 5 months, the tires are suitable for the trash!!! Tires waved". The steering wheel vibrates and shakes when driving on the highway. Tragedy. The manager informed me that the warranty does not cover this defect. I paid an extra $1900 for this extra guarantee!!!! This is a myth. I feel cheated and will take the case to court. I do not recommend !!!!!"

Everyone made my experience easy and enjoyable. From calling to arrange my service appointment to picking up my vehicle. Staff was amazing. Wouldn’t use any other location for my Jeep.

We bought our van there and had it serviced there ever since ,I made an appointment for today 9 then I get a text saying it's 9:30 then they tell me maybe I should come back 10:30 11:00 cuz there's four people ahead of me ,now what was the point of making an appointment. I have also been receiving emails and calls saying they will avoid my warranty even though I'm having the maintenance done elsewhere.

It was a very great experience dealing with cooksville and team. I got each and every information required. Special thanks to Saki melissas(Brand specialist) for helping me getting a great deal on ram 1500.

I purchased a brand new vehicle in 2020 at this dealership. If I knew I would be facing these issues I would have never given them business. This vehicle is a van I use for work and just two days ago it suddenly stopped while driving (risking my life If I wasn’t luckily driving slowly). I had it sent to the dealership for a check, and since it has a 3 year warranty I wasn’t expecting to pay anything. The warranty covers everything bumper to bumper except tires and breaks.The next day they called me to say that it would cost $3000 to fix several issues with the van and that the warranty didn’t cover anything. They even FALSLY accused me that I have been driving with my hand-breaks on and that I was the reason to cause the damages on the vehicle which was not true. (Mind you I’ve been in business for more than 7 years and I own several vehicles and never had this issue before)The manager I spoke to was very unprofessional and when I asked to know the reason why this wasn’t covered by the warranty as the contract says his argument was that if I would get into an accident the Warranty wouldn’t cover the damage which had nothing to do with my case and this clearly was a vehicle issue.Now I need to spend time and money with my lawyer to prove that I know better than driving with the hand-breaks on and I know how to correctly understand a warranty contract.Please save yourself time and effort and go spend the money somewhere else where they would speak professionally, acknowledge the contract terms and not falsely accuse you for issues of their own. This is unacceptable!

I am very upset with the service.even after paying for my service still my car is not working well. I had some issues with my car as the temperature is increasing so i got it towed at this location to get it fixed . Next day got call from the person who is saying that we are looking for issue and it will cost probably $250 or more . I said that fine but please fixed my car . Got another call after few hours that your car is fixed you can pick it up. When i reach there and ask what was the issue the said nothing seems like serious. I pay $250 dollars to them it was around 4-4:30 pm . I took the car and on my way home the same issue came again i call them but nobody is picking up call at then at5 pm they close. Worst service ever they just need your hardened money. Please get some serious employees who can work properly. Not gonna recommend anyone in my friends and family for this place. Giving one star but they are not capable for that also

Dodge Grand Caravan has so many issues I don’t understand why there’s so many on the road. My personal mechanic checks for the problem and gives me a price for the fix. The dealership charged me for the check and then for the repair. I guess my mechanic is friendlier and doesn’t have a showroom to upkeep

This dealership is only interested in selling cars. Its been over 3 months since I purchased my dodge Durango and not one thing has been done about the issues this vehicle had. I’ve wasted time and money driving up from London only to return home over excuses of why it can’t be fixed. Promise after promise. Last I heard, next week and that was in the middle of March. In one of these appointments, I wanted a simple oil change in addition to the work being done. I ended up getting an oil change at another dealership as it was overdue and I realized if I waited any longer it may not get done.May24:After the sale I was referred to David M. I sent this review on the day it went up telling him I was unhappy. May 9th I asked what is going on with my vehicle? Ignored. May 10th I said well? David said “I will call you Friday” which was on the 12th. Still hasn’t called.I called Kenny R the original seller which was May 9th and left a message. Never returned my call.Called Noah may 15 and left a message. Never returned my call. Proved my point.At this point there is nothing you as the owner can do to make this right.June 6: Still being ignored.
