Worst company ever over priced cause there greedy. techs do sloppy work as well . There also a franchise company of enercare franchise means they dont care about the quality of work they do, all they care about is money.Unionized companies are the best to use . But still over priced i find the techs do better work though

Not only did he take all the COVID19 precautions properly, he also was very informative about the state of my Furnace and thermostat. I have a rental MagicPack HVAC that was leaking due to clogged drainage pipes. Matthew P. was very thorough, removing the pipes and cleaning them until all of the debris and deposits in the pipes were gone. He also explained how the the draining system worked and described what he was doing and why. He was pleasant and professional.

Mr. Hafiz came to service my furnace bc it was making a loud squealing sound. He was very polite, friendly and professional. He examined my furnace and was immediately honest in his diagnosis. I was warned about that technicians often encourage homeowners to buy a new furnace. I had done my research on youtube and was able to narrow down the likely issue. Mr. Hafiz was accurate in his diagnosis which matched my findings. He was neat and tidy. Truly a hard working honest human being. Thank you Mr. Hafiz.

Worst environment employees don't get along with manager, there's daily drama, with manager Sabrena also is an alcoholic while on work hours, very unprofessional!co workers talk horrible about each other, customers are 75% unhappy and have legitimate reasons to complain of being without heat for weeks on end in the middle of our Canadian cold winter. no one gets along horrible atmosphere and managers mocks and makes fun of people's disabilities, disgusting environment!If your looking for services of heating air conditioning company don't trust them keep on searching for company that cares about your well being and won't rip you off!
