Wonderful service from Fady, who knows his product line, is efficient and is extraordinarily helpful. He is even helping me get my decades old Tumi carry-on bag repaired! This will absolutely be the Tumi store to which I go in the future (even though I am not from Toronto).

Amazing service from manager Fadi. My suitcase handle broke when I arrived in Toronto, and he got it fixed in 2 days before I had to fly back out. He had a friendly and problem-solving attitude, and made me feel important. Great to know that Tumi employs great people and stands behind its products, they earned my loyalty for future luggage purchases.
