Ordering online was great and great prices. I was able to return to the store no problem, and the staff had great suggestions on types of swimwear to suit me. I have really positive experiences with this entire company and I will only purchase swimwear from them and highly recommend to anyone else.

Went shopping at the mall today, and decided to take a peek in the store for a new bathing suit for Mexico. Stephanie greeted us and helped me Immensely. Completely made my shopping experience amazing.

I am so impressed with the service here. The girl who helped me was wonderful and gave me lots of choices to choose from. She helped me adjust straps and made the whole bathing suit shopping trip comfortable. And their sales are fantastic! Definitely recommend.

I went bikini shopping yesterday, for the first time in 26 years. After going into a few stores and being treated like an inconvenience and/or like I should know exactly what I want, I ventured into Bikini Village. Miranda greeted me and spent time determining how I felt about my body, in order to find options for me to try on. I was very impressed with her patience, professionalism and knowledge of the various brands and styles. I felt as if Miranda actually CARED about helping me find swimwear that I would look and feel good in, rather than just making a sale.

I ordered some sale items online and they were all very true to size. I took my measurements before I ordered. There was still one top I wasn’t a fan of and they have a great return policy where you can return it in person at any Bikini Village store (or they also include a return shipping label). I went to this location in Orchard Park and they were super helpful and found me something that worked instead. The exchange was quick and easy. Would highly recommend!
