Found the check great with email confirmation and easy access key code for the front door. The decor in our unit was quiet nice and location and proximity to skiing, village and golf is great. Very safe, very clean, would do it again. Great service the owner / manager went out of his way to recover a hairdryer we left in the unit

2nd Annual ladies getaway to Blue Mountain was another huge success thanks to Sheldon and his team! 8 of us had a terrific stay at a condo that was very spacious and comfortable. There was a free 24 hour shuttle to the village and we also had access to a pool and hot tub.We had a great time and would highly recommend renting from Lodges at Blue Mountain again! We will be back in March for a birthday celebration! Thanks to all for making our weekend stress free and so enjoyable!

Great experience! Myself and some colleagues recently stayed in Blue Mountains and we had a great time. The booking and check-in process was quick and easy, the condo was fully equipped with everything you need and also conveniently located on the shuttle route to the village. We also enjoyed the community hot tub in this cold snowy weather. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

We stayed here at Mountain Springs Resort Chalet #9709 for impromptu weekend getaway this past weekend. We are so glad we did. The office staff were fabulous accommodating our last minute plans. We were late arriving Friday night, the receptionist went above and beyond by staying there after hours for us to arrive, on top of that they escorted us right to our chalet and made sure everything was to our liking. Trust me when I say this resort did not disappoint! The chalet was stocked with all the amenities you could ever need right from kitchen appliances and dishes, to the toiletries which were top notch quality nothing was over looked. The atmosphere was warm, inviting and relaxing, complete with a fire place.This will definitely be our go to place for sure. We will be returning for more than just 2 days, we will be bringing our kids with us next time. Shout out to all the staff for making our weekend getaway a fabulous one!

Great location for skiing. Unit 606 was clean, but a bit dated. Missing towel hook on bathroom door. Also the room thermostat was dead, but there was a working heater. Wifi was slow. Password did not work on the 5G network that might have been faster. The fixed cleaning fee made the unit a bit expensive for just a two day stay. However, this might be one of the few pet friendly options in the area.

Someone took our assigned parking spot which specifically had 212 on it not visitors. I called vacasa and they said they couldn’t do anything and offered free parking which was BLOCKS away and inconvenient since we PAID for this parking spot. I had Blue Mountain Security and towing company try and help us out but because it was private property there was only so much they could do. They knew what Vacasa had said was terrible service so they spent their time trying to help us out for 3-4 hours. Mind you we were checking out the next day and spent most of the day before trying to find parking instead of enjoying our stay away. RIDICULOUS. We called the same day and the next morning asking for a minimum of 30 minute-1hour extension for check out to make sure everyone was okay and Vacasa refused, argued, threatened us that they would call the cops even though we were simply asking for accommodation and HELP throughout the whole trip. Extremely unsatisfactory service and I’ll be only staying with Blue Mountain resorts instead of private ones from now on especially since we paid close to 1.5K for this.Neighbour downstairs was monitoring our noise and there was 8 of us and he was yelling at us at 9am during normal hours. Threatened us that he’d fine us. The place was ok but fridge smelt so bad and the pull out sofa bed was so nasty that I had to go out and buy a blow up mattress. Overall do not recommend staying here as the staff resorted to threatening us and not HELPING us even though we tried our best to call them every chance we had for help. Total money grab. Stay somewhere else for a better experience.

We had an amazing stay at Blue Mountain Lodges. It was way nicer than our expectations. Loved the two fridges and my family really enjoyed the hot tub. Only a couple minutes from the hill. There were twelve in our family and we could all sit down at the table together. Lots of room. Would definitely stay there again. The owners were very nice and helpful also. We definitely will be back another year.

Excellent customer service and value for money. My boyfriend and I were trying to find a place for a weekend getaway to celebrate our 2 years and the receptionist was able to help us found a lovely 1 bedroom condo that was only steps away from all the restaurants and activities. The condo itself was clean, well decorated and just what we were looking for. We were also able to get 10% off our booking for making the reservation directly over the phone! Overall, we had a lovely stay and will definitely be coming back.

Stayed at Chateau Ridge over New Years. From reservations to check out we had a fantastic experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 2 bedroom 2 bath chalet, with jacuzzi tub was a dream. There were also lots of little extras that made the chalet so comfortable. It was fun to ski into the chalet, and we could even see the fireworks from our window at midnight. What a beautiful sight!!!! This was truly a memorable vacation, thanks to the help of a great company, The Lodges at Blue Mountain, whose staff really did their best to accommodate our requests!!!

I did not like the fact that there are many stairs to the door and the Code to open the door has 10 numbers difficult to use, but we had good assistance from the workers, the place was clean and comfortable, all the kitchen utensils that Necessary for cooking that's sweet. A little far from village to walk.
