Customer service was rude. Called to see if they had a bag in store. And they pretended to check and told me they didn’t have the bag because they didn’t want to ship it to me. And then Ignored my calls after.

Vegan fashion from Montreal! Love it! Happy they now have shoes and belts. Hopefully they continue to evolve into higher end, more refined looks. So happy they are thriving.

Their products are usually impeccable, but I went to exchange my backpack for another one because there was a small mark on it when i opened the package. Then, the other one i got had even bigger marks on the straps that i didn't see in store, only when I got home. For the price, I would expect the bag to be in perfect shape.
