So very pleased with my purchase experience. Service was great, most helpful and accommodating.

Needed some finishing touch accessories for my console table & tv unit. Amanda helped to pick out certain pieces that would compliment my existing decor and theme! She was amazingly helpful and very friendly ~ so much so, that I went back to see her the next day and purchased more!!!

I searched online for desk, I finally found the perfect console desk. It was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but I decided to go for it. As the sales lady is taking my order, she kinda of slips in that I have to pick the desk up at the West End warehouse. I questioned her and said I'm purchasing the desk here at the South Edmonton store, can the warehouse deliver it to the store for me to pick-up, she apologized and said they can't. I said out loud if I ordered it from Sherwood park, I wondered if Sherwood park would have it delivered to their store,then another sales woman, in a very rude tone and escalated voice, said IT DOESN'T MATTER WHERE YOU BUY THE DESK YOU STILL HAVE TO PICK IT UP AT THE WAREHOUSE, so aggressive. I wasn't even talking to her. I said I guess you don't want the $700 sale and left the store. I still ended up buying the desk online, and I will have to pick it up in the West End warehouse, lol. But ended up getting 15% off by ordering online.

Service was efficient and pleasant and hopefully my furniture will arrive on specified date. I love browsing this store. Kudos to the staff.

I have purchased furniture before from Urban Barn and it has stood up well. Dealt with Shari 7 years ago and she was still there to deal with now. Shari offers amazing advice and is open to reading preferences and made suggestions and got me into the pieces I needed to change my space to my tastes. She is great and I highly recommend Urban and especially Shari!

Very poor customer service. I ordered a bed and was assured it would be delivered on a specific date. Important as it was going into a extended care facility and needed to be there for the resident's occupancy. Not only was it not delivered as promised but I was mislead by the Mayfield location manager Coco" who told me it was in transit when it wasn't and that it was in the Edmonton warehouse when it wasn't. She made no effort to resolve the problem

We had the best experience at Urban Barn. The sales team was extremely helpful and genuinely cared that we found the right pieces for our home.We will be going back to purchase the rest of our furniture from UrbanBarn!

Purchased new throw pillows (6) for my new UB couch. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions and helping me place pillows on their floor model so that I could see the final look.Love Urban Barn and have purchased many many items from their different locations without anything less then exceptional service!

****WARNING**** TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY****They will NOT do an exchange after 14 days.... no exceptions. I bought a $450 console table (way too expensive for the quality)that I wanted to exchange for a different colour. They won't even consider it after 14 days. (its 22 days)Yes.... that is the policy" (my fault for not paying more attention to the policy).But what a TERRIBLE POLICY. 14 days??POOR-POOR-POOR service in my opinion."

I would give the South Edmonton store a zero if I could. I called the store asking for a price adjustment on 2 pieces of furniture I have yet to receive as it is now on sale. I had actually asked this question at the original store where we ordered and was advised it would not be an issue. My order was placed towards the end of May (at another location) and it is now July and we are still waiting. The furniture was originally suppose to arrive early to mid June,…but not a big issue as we know things are taking longer. When I called the south Edmonton store the representative said that she could not do this price adjustment as I am over the 15 days since purchase. I advised we have not yet received our order and that I could simply cancel and repurchase. She basically told me I could, …but then I would go to the back of the line and have to wait for my order. She had zero desire to help and directed me to the online customer service.
