I was very impressed with Jeff Howells from Nu Level Inspections.He did a very thorough inspection of the home. Excellent service and good communication. One improvement opportunity is to advise clients on the expectations of a pre inspection checklist so the house hold appliances can be staged ahead and properly inspected.

Jeff did a great inspection, he found a few minor issues with the house that were not identified in a previous inspection. The report was delivered the same day, very in depth with photos and easy to navigate / understand.

Jeff Howells and Nu Level Inspections were a great choice for our new (used) home inspection. I was unfortunately unable to attend the inspection, and we only had a few days to get it done.He went above and beyond making sure we got specific details on the report including drone pictures and detailed analysis of potential issues, he even found some hard to find issues that needed to be dealt with (saved us thousands as we were able to identify the serious issue and get the current owner to fix and pay for prior to move in). Most inspectors, in my past experience, would not have found these specific issues.We would recommend AND use again!

Hiring these guys was an excellent decision! Our realtor has been in touch with the sellers and they will fix the gas meter and the furnace venting in our absence, critical to the house remaining safe and sound until we arrive. Also, I have been able to set aside budget in advance for the major roof repairs coming in the next year or so, and plan for the smaller repairs accordingly. That has been an immense help for us in planning our move-in, to avoid bumps in the road while settling in. Our conversation was friendly and our inspector, Jeff, was easygoing and personable as he walked us through the report page by page, complete with photos of the repair and future maintenance situations we need to check out. Highly recommend!

Hired for inspection of a home we were looking to purchase in December 2022. On site, Jeff shared information about the property as he noticed it and his own experiences with similar issues requiring repairs. The inspection report provided was extremely in-depth and addressed all areas, including what was deficient in the home, what priorities for were urgent repair, and what would need to be looked at in both near and long-term future.Overall, a great experience!
