Tried to apply for a marriage license and was very rudely greeted by an older lady. She said they only take cash (super shady) and was on the phone the whole time while she was talking to us. Won't be coming back here for any other services...

Tina provides a stellar customer service . She takes time explaining the details so you can make an educated decisions. You are treated with respect as soon as you enter the office and you know you are in good hands . Amin Savji - the notary is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location . You don’t have to drive around to find parking spots. They have plenty of parking available which is a bonus.

Amazing ! The office is located in the heart of Burnaby and the service is fantastic. This notary has always given us the red carpet treatment. He always makes himself available to us, even if it means doing house calls outside of business hours. I met with Amin on two separate occasions, once for a notarized power of attorney and secondly for a will (relative needed it). Both times, the appointment went very smoothly, everything was extremely well organized, and actually quite fast. However, Amin made sure he took the time to thoroughly explain all the details in the documents, all while being respectful and having a most friendly approach.
