We had a very good experience with this company installing our PVC fence. From Colin, the salesperson to the installation crew, all were pleasant, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

We had a great team doing our custom deck. Wife is disabled and mobility is an issue. The team had my wife check out the deck and steps to ensure she would be able to navigate. For the front they had her show how she gets out and placed the railing was well within her reach. So nice that she can navigate out the doors with minimal assistance!

Fence Masters installed this great fence at our home in 2017. We turned to them again this year for a repair made necessary after a damage caused, apparently, during a snow removal operation of the sidewalk. The work was done very well, quickly, by a courteous representative who took the time to answer our questions. We also noticed that the color of the replacement material was similar to the original: the fence had not faded or tarnished over the years. Quality!

We are really happy with the whole process and ultimately result. The commercial representative, John Dudek help us out in choosing the best type of fence for us and he gave us a very competitive estimate. The two teams who came to install the posts and later the fence itself were good professionals and they did their job on time and well done too. The project manager was also helpful and scheduled the project on time.

If you are looking for a flawless fence or deck experience, FenceMasters is definitely the way to go. I got a few quotes from a different companies, while I was shopping around but nobody told me the truth like these guys. The price was in line with the other companies but they offered a more complete solution that would last a long time. booked I originally booked it at the end of March, and due to their couldn't install till mid May. However come mid April one of their customers had an emergency and they had to postpone his install. I got a call from the company asking me if I would like to have it done sooner and here we are done in the beginning of May. They came in the first day, took the old fence down, and put in new post. The second day the fence was up and the third day cleanup and final details. FenceMasters are professional, courteous and their attention to detail is par none. We hired Fence Masters to install a large wood fence around our backyard and an iron fence and gate at the front of the house. Kevin and his team were a pleasure to work with and the final product looks amazing. I highly recommend Fence Masters for any outdoor fence and gate project.

It's about a year since we have had the issue of the fence bowing and boards popping out which occured approximately a month after installation. Fence Masters blames the manufacturer, supply shortages, or anything that delays them fixing their product. I would say that their workmanship and after sales service is very poor. I guess paying more doesn't always result in better services and they've done a great job at proving this. I'd avoid using them for any project as their lifetime warranty doesn't seem to even last 1 month. Our neighbour has been dealing with them and hasn't been able to get anywhere. The good news is we now get to pet our neighbours cute dog through the fence which isn't available on most fence installations!

Spent $65K on trex deck. Sales is Good, the installation Crew is amazing, be careful of schedules and the hidden fee's and fine prints. be aware that your fee doesn't include changes in the permit as you may think!! they will give you some surprises later even if you have already paid for it - Basically they will cheap out on you to make you pay for some of their mistakes

Can not recommend Fence Masters enough. From the quoting process with Colin to the installation from Travis and his crew, everything was handled the way I personally do business myself.I work for a residential masonry company in Ottawa were we are constantly battling with delays on product, change of schedules due to the weather and so much more. Everyone at Fence Masters was professional and kept me up to date as much as possible. Five stars.
