Completed synthetic oil change on Friday at the Esso mobile one quick lube in Dauphin Manitoba.My only advice is that I believe they are probably very talented oil change specialists but what lacks is their customer service .It said it opens at 9 AM and they did not arrive till 9:35 AM I was waiting in my car no apologies for the wait.I feel bad about the one star rating but I hope this will spark up some motivation and Dialogue amongst themselves about customer service.I grew up in A family and ran a business with my family for over 40 years ......... It’s truly all about customer service gone beyond expectations.I hope I just caught them on a bad day and I wish them all the best in running their business.I will return again just to see if it improved.I hope you take this review As a person I really want you guys to thrive as business is very tough during this Covid. And the ones that do the best customer service will survive.Thank you

First of all I was yelled at to get out of my own car. then they toped off fluid I specifically told them not to and charged for it. when I objected I was called a liar and accused of trying to rip them off in the past despite it being my first time there. then they told me not to return.
