I was just at CN nails and had the worst experience ever. The owners are gone on holidays and they had another couple in covering for them. First of all the owners are amazing but the man and woman they had there were horrible. He made my one daughter cry and the lady punctured my other daughter’s natural nail. My nails we’re supposed to be almond shaped and they gave me stilettos.They wanted to charge $25 extra for both my daughters nails, which they have had these same nails done before and the owners have never charged that much extra. He literally yelled at us and was hitting his hand into his other hand repeatedly.Extremely disappointed to have been treated this way

What amazing staff. I called yesterday to book an appointment for my birthday girl daughter and they are closed today. But the owners opened shop just for us. What fast very good quality service for a new set of nails. I highly recommend CN Nails. A few days later I took my daughter back for a Pedicure and she loved it. The attention to detail and the hot rock pampering has my daughter wanting to go back next month. Great owners kind, polite, very professional and we will visit here again.

Absolutely fantastic salon and staff. The most gentle nail appointment Ive ever experienced! I walked out with the biggest smile on my face! Not to mention, their prices are phenomenal! I booked my next appointment before even leaving! If you haven’t been here yet, you need to go!

Today, I just wanted to feel pretty and so tired of biting my nails down with the stress of a divorce.I found their card at the restaurant next door and decided to give them a try.The guy was super friendly when I called and I told him I was nervous.My nail tech reassured me that he would make them the length I want and medium.I'm so THRILLED with my nails! Perfect shape, weight and I love my color! Affordable and the service was great. They feel so real!Thank you!

I go to Kathy and she is amazing. I've seen nails by some of the other techs and not all of them are that great but Kathy is amazing. She always does my nails perfect. I can leave them for a month and the only way you can tell is by the growth. She is a nail god and I will never go anywhere else.

I was referred here and wow is Kathy ever amazing! She is so talented and just like Danielle said the only thing you notice after a month is the growth... I have had nails done by her for the last 6 months and never have I had one break on me. Such a sweet lady... I am always pleased walking out of the salon and refer her to anyone who gets nails done.

Always pleased with my nails, although should be more clear on how pricing goes. I can understand how some clients can be confused. I do notice tendencies to steer away from doing full gel nails which if you offer it than you should be able to do it. My true rating would be a 3.7 overall

Poor workmanship and rushed job even though I was the only customer in the shop. Will not use this business again.

It’s my first time to go on this place the service was good and the very reasonable price. I definitely recommend it.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. After moving from Calgary, and a nail salon I loved I was really hesitant to try this place. The first couple times I had my nails filled here I ended up getting Kathy. She is amazing, but because of my last experience I will never go back. I called three days before my last appointment and requested Kathy. I let the lady taking the appointment know that I could come in anytime during the day, I just wanted Kathy to do my nails. She told me that she was available at 1230. I showed up at my appointment, and was told that Kathy had just left. The older gentleman would have to do my nails. I should've just left, but was headed on holidays the next day. During my fill I expressed that my nails were uneven three times, and made him redo my ombré white tips on four nails. He would quickly file them not fixing the problem. Almost every single nail is slanted with the right side noticeably longer. By the end of the appointment I had given up. Two days later five of my nails were chipped on the corners. I don't think he could've done a crappier job. After requesting a specific nail technician this should not have happened. I will never go back. If you decided to go to this salon do not let the older gentleman do your nails. He probably does not have any formal training, and the final product reflects it.
