Had a great warranty repair experience with Stein today in Ottawa. They fixed an issue with a new fridge that we've had 2 other companies out for over the course of a few months, and Stein fixed it in 1 appointment within 10 minutes.Efficient, reliable, and friendly. Excellent service received from the very beginning. Called the office spoke to a wonderful lady who booked and explained the entire process for my service call. Later received an automated voice call to confirm my appointment. Technicians showed up first thing this morning (which was wonderful) and the repair was completed promptly.Friendly and prompt service. Thank you for saving me from my washing machine nightmare.Highly recommend this company!!

Got a leaking Frigidaire dishwasher in less than 2 years, got this number from Frigidaire, made the call and after I told them the address they said they don't do Orleans and hung up the call. Worst experience ever.

Office staff who answered the phone was very nice, appointment timing was within reason, excellent customer service by the Service Technician (Bert) and problem resolved. Reasonable price to fix fridge which saved lots of money! Thank you !!!! I will for sure recommend your services to others.

Called before coming which is great. Knew how to complete the fix needed, very friendly. Just hit with one hiccup with s missing screw I'll have to wait for. Otherwise great experience.

Warranty for our dishwasher was done by Stein. Had to call multiple times to get an appointment, went a month+ without the repair. When the repair was completed, the dishwasher leaked causing drywall damage. No leaks for 6 years, tech repairs the unit, it starts leaking the same day. According to Stein, they can't be absolutely sure" the tech caused the leak and he "wouldn't have touched that part".Oh and they didn't tell us they weren't going to do anything about the damage for 4 weeks - instead

The technician came out and ran the dishwasher and it happened to work fine at that time so he charged us and left. Said that likely there was a clog that softened in the 3 weeks we waited for them to come out. Well it wasn't actually fixed of course and this wasn't the problem. Came out again a month later and told us what he thought the issue was and told us to fix it ourselves instead of doing the work (I don't understand why). Now they won't come out again because they aren't servicing our area right now, so we essentially paid them and they did nothing. Would not recommend.

Called a week in advance to have a dryer repaired in my rental unit. I called back the day before service to ask if they could call me 30 minutes ahead of the techs estimated arrival, which they ended up doing.The repair was completed quickly and neatly and the tenants dryer is up and running again. I had no issue with Steins as they completed everything as requested at the cost they quoted when I booked the appointment. I will use their service in the future if needed.
