I love this place! I will probably never go anywhere else for a massage. Sophie will always be able to fit you into the schedule and you wont have to wait weeks for an appt. She always informs me about my health and give me stretches/tips on how to improve posture, flexibility, and optimal mobility. You need to try this place!

I visit this RMT(Jennifer) for many times, and she always knows where I feel my pain from and gives me the suitable massage. I like to do cupping and tuina. and also she teaches me how to do some simple self-massage at home. those tips are very helpful.

The masseuse made me feel very comfortable and was honest about my posture and why I was feeling sore before coming in. Great communication during the massage and she made sure to apply the pressure I desired.Will be coming back!
