Vegas Family Entertainment Center

Worst experience of my life. Complete and under waste of money and time. Drove over an hour and a half to come for my son's birthday with the exception of fun and swimming. We arrived only to be told the pool isn't available. And there is absolutely nothing to do for toddlers at all. The mini golf and Lazer tag is absolutely disgusting and horrendous looks like something off a horror movie. Will NEVER ever come to this place again. Such a rip off for what you pay. Half the stuff is broken and absolutely disgusting. Left with a very upset kid

The place was very nice. I don't recommend any of their chicken or turkey dishes. The servers are sweet and very quick, the one we had was very prompt and polite. I took a bite of one of their burgers they are good. GREAT family place to eat. If you like burgers and fries. I'm giving them 4 stars because I love the servers there. They don't just throw food at you and walk away. They were constantly asking if everything was okay. Hope the chicken gets better though lol

Stopped in to check it out while visiting the city, wasn't very crowded.Played miniature gulf not bad but being in the basement was a little dark and damp. Laser tag seems great idea for a group.Better action upstairs for little ones.

Disappointed with the lack of service, most activities were not available and/or needing repairs. I drove 45 minutes with 5 kids to laser tag for an hour, was told the rain had damaged something so it couldn't happen (even though we'd called and asked to make a reservation ahead of time). Mini golf was down for the same reason. The kids were offered free bowling, but neither of the lanes were functioning. 15 minutes of trying to find a knowledgeable staff member who cared enough to try and help ended up being futile. In the end, they spent a little time in the arcade, which wasn't really their kind of activity.

The steak dinner was awesome, and there were enough mashed potatoes to satisfy me, which is rare for restaurants. I loved the 80s music too. The only bad things are that they took a lot of stuff off the menu recently, including my favorite, the lasgna. Please bring it back! Also the pop was way too watery. Less watering down please.

Please don’t go to Vegas we just had a birthday party there this weekend and we will never go back. You can tell the staff don’t want to be there at all, they didn’t even have a table ready for us when we got there ( the party was booked and paid for) when we were done laser tag they didn’t tell us what was going on our server just went on a smoke brake (right outside the door mind you, next to a no smoking 9 metres from the building sign) the smoke was coming in right to our table that was right inside the door. They said it would be 15 mins tell our food was ready so basically wanted the kids to sit at the table for 15 minutes, when we went and said some thing they gave us a half a cup of tokens for 10 kids, half of the games didn’t work and they also took 3 to 4 tokens each  the bumper cars were way to loud to be seated next too. Over all bad experience and will not return.

The hotel that was attached to the centre was phenomenal. Employees are hospitable and treat you like family. The kiddos had a great time swimming in the clean warm pool and hot tub and enjoyed the food at the restaurant with exceptional waitresses. The games were fun. Great day away to play

We took our daycare there today. The experience and friendliness of the staff was outstanding! Amanda did an amazing job accommodating for everyone, between helping a special needs child use the bumper cars, to scooping out 39 cones of ice cream for everyone! Our kids had an amazing day and couldn't stop talking about it. We will definitely be back. Job well done today!

Took my daughter there for a birthday party and used the pool area. Gross and dirty. Very outdated. The pool area was very dark, only 2 lights on each end of the pool. The pictures online don't look like the pool in person. I tried to shower my daughter afterwards in the pool area too, not an ounce of hot water, not even warm water I should say too. There was a lot of kids at the party and a latter in the pool that was broken and not stable and safe at all. I will not bring my kids back. My other daughter has been to a few parties upstairs. They enjoy the games. Again, very outdated and gross furniture. Staff was friendly but needs to be cleaned and throw away disgusting furniture and give it a face lift. The burger my daughter got was just a frozen box burger.

There for a bday party today and was surprised with how decent it was after reading some reviews! The laser tag is in the basement but it's pretty cool. The staff did a great job organizing the kids and everyone had a great time!
