I wasn't expecting to get good service based on the other reviews, but when I did call I got through to a nice person who really seemed to understand my problem with the name registration and she went out of her way and helped me.

I'm trying to file a Continuation Application. It's been a month since I've had my name request approved. I've been calling once a week when I have time off work to resolve an error on the website. No one seems to know why this is happening. My call keeps dropping when I'm waiting on hold. The deadline is approaching before I have to pay to re-submit another name request. I am now an anarchist.

One word, Government. What would one expect from these folks. Try to get money out of you any way possible. I used their Name Search prior to filing Name Approval". The Name Search showed that I can apply but sure enough

I tried to do a name request online. I tried to pay 3 times and got a error message for my credit card. They charged it all the 3 times without refund!

I think the employees call it quits an hour before they close. I was on hold for an hour with no answer even though the online queue said it would be 10 minutes. If your not going to answer the phone just tell me and don't waste my time.
