Monte Carlo Inn-Oakville Suites

Ok Mr. Manager. We had a nice talk about the smell issues in your rooms back in April. We were back at your hotel in July and nothing was done about it. The bathroom reeks of at least one- month-old-urine.The smell even got worse, spreading over at least 2 floors. It ruined part of our vacation. You just lost a potential long-term costumer for good. Sorry!

Gross. Stayed here March 10, 2023. The room was dirty. There was a peanut on the carpet near the bed and the bathroom was not cleaned prior to our stay.I called the front desk to see if we could get transferred to another room and the person said they were fully booked. The person was extremely rude. There were only like 10 vehicles in the parking lot so I don’t see how that was possible.But anyway, the bathroom was nasty, hair was all over the tub/shower and there was tooth paste in the sink from the previous guest. There was dried urine on the toilet seat. The bathroom was not cleaned between guests. I told this to the front desk man and someone came and wiped down the bathroom, only took him about 5 minutes. So they couldn’t take 5 minutes to clean the bathroom before another guest checked into the room.

I booked a room today Thursday July 6th/2023 at this Monte Carlo inn hotel located in Oakville, ON 374 South Service Rd E. To rest I got a room #102 when I entered the room I felt a musty smell, I turned on the AC but the musty smell I increased more, The bed sheets were dirty not even looked clean clean, the toilet was very dirty with stain inside the toilet as if it had not been scrubbed with a brush for a while,the bathtub was greasy and dirty like when it is not washed for a long time,i tried to stay because i was so tired but I really didn't because thinking the room was not clean, I got dressed and handed it over, I let the lady at the reception knows the details of the room and I left very disappointed. I felt like the money I paid for that room was stolen from me.

Wonderful Stay! We came a long way to spend a day at Monte Carlo and it was every bit worth it. Tony Riaz provided exceptional service! Very friendly, kind and helped us with all the questions we had. It's not often you come across people that good! He definitely deserves a mention!The place was overall very nice. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping was very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, and everything was spectacular. I'll definitely be visiting again.I would highly recommend this place!

Denied Breakfast at the Restaurant. Also other guests and people that work at the hotel. The lady closes early. My Travel Agent called front desk to advice them of my Allergies to all Nut and Peanut Butter. Breakfast lady wants people to eat at the place and not take food out. I can't eat inside due to Peanut Butter so when I came with a Container she kicked me out and no breakfast. This is disgusting what she has done to others. Had to go food shopping while I was at the hotel.Had a call after midnight that was nasty and went to front desk and other guests had the same. Morning went to front and the girl had no idea what I was talking about. My opinion with front desk I can do a much better job as most can't understand English or speak. The Pop vending as not been filled for 5 days. That's not good for guests. I will be contacting the Director of Quality Assurance & Human Resources about this matter. The House keeping staff are wonderful but front desk like I said I could do a better job. I would make sure everything was run better. I would have stayed another week, but after what the breakfast lady did to me I left. My opinion she should be fired. And to the owner, Yes I have a Title and a member of the Royal Family and the only one in Canada. The staff saw my passport so they knew who I am. Key card did not work 2 times. I only saw 1 bed bug. Cheers.!

I booked the room for 2 nights for a business trip. When I left the room in the morning I told the receptionist to please have the housekeeping do the cleaning between 9am-3pm because I will be back by 4pm. When I came back to the room it was not cleaned at all. Yes, I do clean my own bed at my house but here I paid them $125+tax per night. Since the room was not cleaned I took a nap when I got back at 4pm, like I said to the receptionist, woke up at 7pm and packed all my stuff and called receptionist and asked them for checkout. I asked them for a refund but they refused. I was so annoyed and disappointed with their services that I grabbed my bags went downstairs and checked out a night before. Will never stay at Monte Carlo Inn ever again.
