doctors 10/10admin staff 0/10—————several issues:- hours are very inaccurate on this google maps website.- the staff at the reception desk are very unprofessional.- the voicemail system is extensive and takes so much time to listen to.- the doctors gave always been decent to me here.- but the administration and operations of the desk always seem angry, condescending, flustered and curtwithno sense of customer service or courtesy.there really needs to be a customer service specialist to help train the front office staff on how to appreciate customers to speak to them graciously and kindly, and to revamp their voicemail system.

Disappointed after 16 yrs a patient.Stuck. Best to seek another clinic.Front line staff ( the few they hire) can be brisk- rude. Poorly informed. These gate keepers make your life miserable. Can have 20 min Long phone waits.Clinic has no tracking to keep you up updated on basic available tests, no follow up after emergency visit. Prefer phone appointments, must book on line.Drs May all be good but should pay attention to who really is running their clinic! Feel I have been left to fend for myself. See no plus in staying with this clinic.

I was happy when Dr. Darryl Lougheed was able to take me on as a new patient. However once I had a potentially serious issue I had 3(!) scheduled appointments cancelled on me within a week, including one I showed up to in person. To top it off I got a call from the clinic stating that I shouldn't go to another clinic as they have available appointments for me. Really? He's probably a great doctor but the clinic is run by fools and I wouldn't trust my healthcare with them.

Top notch clinic and care by doctors in this team, for our family and my parents. Have not had issues with admin or front desk. Smooth operations and efficiency. They have saved the people in our extended family in what was discovered as critical issues several times over the years. Yes, have to book far ahead, however, their urgent care hours for patients of the clinic is excellent backup for immediate needs - it is is a doctor or practitioner in same clinic who sees you, meaning your doctor will get the notes and test results. We are very fortunate to have access to this clinic. When there is a longer wait time (and it really has not been very long in our experience), I try to think of it this way - this slight inconvenience in my day can be life saving for another patient and one day, it could be me the staff are trying to save. I trust the staff and team are prioritizing the needs of all. Thank you MFHT. ❤️

I have been very pleased as a patient of Dr. Daryl Lougheed's over the past ten years . He has consistently provided complete recovery from a number of different medical conditions and I have great peace of mind with him as my primary Physician. I would highly recommend him to someone looking for a new Doctor.

Dr. Lily Chen is a fantastic doctor, who takes the time to listen to your concerns and takes them seriously. She also goes above and beyond and will personally call you to check on you. My husband and kids also switched to her to be their family doctor.

I have had nothing but outstanding care since this team was formed some 34 years ago. I know that some of the practitioners here are the choice of other MDs for their personal care. I cannot say anything but the most positive words regarding MFHT. Thank you for a lifetime of outstanding care.

With each visit I am impressed with the professionalism of each individual at this clinic. Dr Dana Abenstein has been exemplary at her profession.

I am so proud of Dr. Lougheed. I was one of his first patients and he has been great. Also, Stephen, the nurse practitioner, has been a great addition to the MFHT. Both of the two men have been great at giving medical advice and I would never change from MFHT.
