Sproule's Mountview I.D.A.

For me, I feel 3 stars is generous. I LOVE the pharmacy staff, they are all knowledgable and they take the time to explain new medications, and are always happy to answer any questions asked regarding prescriptions and over the counter products. The rest of the staff however could use some service training. I have lived in the area for 10 years and in the last couple years with staff change it has changed drastically! I refuse to use the postal outlet because of their rude stuck stuck up attitudes. I will drive across town to buy postage stamps and mail packages (which I do often) I used to enjoy looking around the store because they do have a nice selection, however I refuse to buy anything. I ONLY deal with the pharmacy!

This store is lovely and the staff are so nice anytime I come in. It makes me sad that all of you are to jump to conclusions about what happened here.I just think it needs addressing that like she had paid for her products and was simply just encouraged that she needs to wear one in the future because that is the stores policy BEFORE she started to record. And she caused a scene and got a reaction and that is is not any of their fault that that’s the policy when it is simply just their job to address it and they didn’t chose thatAlso! you can hear her say “please don’t record me” in the video the customer had.You can search this up too if you’d like..“An individual could be ordered to pay damages in a civil lawsuit against them or might even face jail time or a hefty fine. So, if someone recorded you without your consent, it is considered a gross infringement on your privacy, and you can initiate a lawsuit against them”

Great friendly service. I use the postal outlet often. Fast and friendly staff there. Love the variety of their selection. I was in awe when I found ( Jelly Tots ) Been looking for those for years. Bought every one they had in stocks!

I was at my home when I went into Anaphylactic shock from a peanut allergy. Unable to find my epipen (haven’t had to use one in over 20 years) I began my voyage to the hospital. However it very quickly became clear I wasn’t going to make it. By the grace of God I made it into their parking lot and to the Pharmacy desk.Unfortunately in all the excitement and chaos of being ambulanced to the hospital I wasn’t able to get his name. But you sir, without a doubt, are the reason my children still have a father.If I could give a ten star review it still wouldn’t be enough. Absolutely I’ll be coming back in. Still owe you for that epipen and one hell of a thank you.True hero’s :)

Great little drugstore with a nice selection of goodies from the UK, plus a Canada Post counter and pharmacy. The staff (in all departments) are awesome and go out of their way for you.

Don't waste your money at this location. The manager and especially the ignorant employees that are rude. They need some training in manners and ethics. Please shop anywhere else. They deserve to be outta business. If I could give them no stars i would. Most negative experience you'll have!

Update: They no longer practice this discriminatory issue I am pleased to say.I only get my mail here. Last time I went this one girl in particular working there would not stop harassing me because I cannot wear a mask. Now she wants me to call so they can bring the mail outside. What if I need to sign for a package? I also need to mail some things. Yet how can I do this? Is denying access to mail services a federal crime?
