He doesn’t even deserve 1 star. He tricked us into buying a subway restaurant owned by one of his buddies. And he pushed us to waive conditions and release funds without proper due diligence. It has been absolute nightmare from day 1. And we are starting a lawsuit against him.People, stay away from this agent. Run as fast as you can
