Darrell had me do a house inspection as a procedure of the bank then a appraisal costing thousands. Then the lender he used (Island savings) chose to deny the loan based on the house inspection when nothing was majorly wrong besides it being old. When I needed a different lender Darrell suggested trying another lender at a higher rate. Meanwhile my paperwork from the bank expired & everything had to be redone causing me to lose my 5 year rental property and be forced to move! I am now permanently priced out of the housing market as covid spiked the prices so much!I COULD NEVER RECOMMEND USING DARRELL AFTER MY EXPERIENCE.
