Just an amazing place to enjoy a nice chilled glass of kombucha. There isn't enough good things I can say about Carlington Booch and their employees. The whole concept of helping other is evident and the operation is top notch. My favorite is the raspberry make sure you try it.

Carlington Booch is a really awesome social enterprise that makes really awesome kombucha! Their booch isn't overly sweet like other commercially produced kombuchas. It still manages to pack a punch of flavour without the use of sugary fruit juice. Make your gut and heart happy by supporting this small local company!

Wonderful service, welcoming workspace and great atmosphere, and delicious Kombucha (among other drinks). Would highly recommend this spot - might be a little out of the way but very worth making the trip there.

Amazing Kombucha & great atmosphere. I went in for the first time after having heard about them a few months ago, and absolutely loved it. They make a great product and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly, ontop of which they seem to do a great service for the local community. Cannot recommend this place more.

Awesome service and great kombucha! If you have any questions of what is available or on the flavours, the staff are super willing to answer any and all questions. Great tasting room with excellent lighting for studying, fast wifi, quiet, and other drinks are available as well. The tasting bar is set up professionally, with tables and chairs available for quiet reading, or co-working.

I've been buying and enjoying Booch since 2019, they support a fantastic cause and they make fantastic product and their staff and employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to serve with pride. I can't recommend this enough to anyone who enjoys Kombucha.
