RVilla Caledonia Retirement Living

Very friendly staff and management!!

I would not recommend this place at all!!!!The manager is not a friendly person to deal with, the food is prefab frozen with no taste and sauces added to make it look good. There is no 24 he security. Only 1 nurse at night. They decided 2 nurses were not needed. What happens if there are 2 people having cardiac arrest???? Staff forget about you, housekeeping is done when they have time and showers are not cleaned regularly. My mother has not had a shower in 2 wks. There used to be a van to take residents out but that broke down and will not get replaced. There used to be bottled water available anytime but not anymore. Shifts have been cut. There was no wheelchair entrance button until there was a complaint and they installed one on the front, not the back where there is parking. When you bring groceries in you have to walk all the way to the front and ask for help. This place is not all that it seems. The people in the advertised picture dont live there.

I would talk to my mother on Sunday afternoons and she always thanked us for getting her into RVilla Retirement Living.She would tells us how wonderful the staff was and how good the food was.She was a great cook in her time and to praise the food was really meaningful."Thank you for the kind words sent to us from a resident's family member and for the permission to post this anonymously."

Very caring place for Mom to call home.

Lovely place and event staff make living fun! We love coming to visit with the Therapy Dogs.

My Mom has lived there for over a year now. Very well run with lots of activities. Staff are excellent. She enjoys the meals. I would recommend RVILLA to anyone looking for residence for their loved one.

I went for a tour and enjoyed a nice lunch here. Staff were very friendly, and the place was very clean. Overall, the service was outstanding, I was very impressed.

Food is sub par. Residents have even banded together to write a letter but nothing is done. Not great customer service.
