In January 2021 we planned on selling our house to move to our downtown condo. We hadn't really given much thought as to who would sell the house; however, we could not help but notice all the activity taking place at our neighbours house (also for sale). We approached the broker, Michel and immediately gave Michel the mandate as we felt very comfortable with his strategy to sell our house.We were not wrong!In the height of the pandemic Michel was able to limit visits over a weekend. The following Thursday Michel presented all 30 offers and we accepted a very generous offer. Michel accompanied us throughout the entire process; inspection & notary.
