Dr. Morgan Evans, MD, FRCSC - Plastic Surgeon

I saw Dr Evans for a a breast reduction. He was very attentive, has great bed side manner, and is extremely skilled. He is an artist. I feel more confident in my body now than I ever have before. I only wish I had seen him for past surgeries as well! I highly recommend him for any plastic surgery. I know I have found my new surgeon for anything I may need! His receptionist Cassandra is a dream, and genuinely lovely to communicate with. She was just as excited as I was to book in! That kind of energy and enthusiasm is so appreciated for a nerve wracking event like this. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Dr. Evans and his staff are exceptional. I am not someone who does well with procedures and from phone call number one to consult and the actual procedure I felt at ease and received exceptional care. Highly recommend!

Big thanks to Dr. Evans and Cassandra for their accommodation and huge help in getting me booked in for a minor treatment before leaving overseas. I was not the easiest client to work with, and they made accommodations to do the minor surgery much quicker than I was expecting. I'm deeply grateful for the surgery as well, which was pain-free and is currently in the process of healing. Highly recommend!

Dr. Morgan Evans preformed a MSP approved septorhinoplasty on me on January 10, 2023. I was born with a deviated septum and had trauma to my nose on a few other occasions making my breathing worse. I also suffered from chronic sinusitis. I had been to countless doctors and specialists regarding my issues over a span of 8 years. After a defeating path I was finally referred to Dr. Evans. He was so friendly, informative and understanding. He was the first doctor to notice that I actually had two deviations, one high up on one side and the other lower down on the other. He determined this was definitely a medical issue and said that surgery would drastically improve my quality of life as both my airways were obstructed. I felt truly heard/seen for the first time.I had two consultations with him and both were very pleasant. His knowledge and professionalism were outstanding.His assistant Cassandra was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and answered all questions I had leading up to surgery.On the day of surgery I felt very comfortable and confident. Dr. Evans really made the whole process a great experience.My surgery went extremely well and I was given great instructions for aftercare for my healing process. Both my follow up appointments were also pleasant and Dr. Evans took the the time to answer every question I had gracefully.I am 10 weeks post op, and even though it will take a full year to see the final results and for all swelling to subside, I am extremely happy with the outcome. My breathing has changed drastically, which has improved my sleep, anxiety, exercise and quality of life (to name a few). On another note, I feel more confident with the appearance of my nose.You can really tell Dr. Evans is passionate about what he does and he does it with such professionalism and precision. His work is impeccable. I would say this has been my best experience with any doctor. I have recommended Dr Evans to several people and my surgery was only 2 weeks ago. Dr Evans is down to earth and very professional (not an oxymoron). When I went for post op appointment someone was covering for Cassandra and they were explaining to patient that she would be in Monday and could answe their question. Which one is Casandra the patient asked. I was about to say the very helpful and personable one, when I realized everyone in that office met those standards!

I have just had breast-reduction surgery with Dr. Morgan Evans (Victoria, BC) and I couldn’t recommend him more.Dr. Evans is an exceptional surgeon. For multiple reasons. His personality comes through as incredibly intelligent, diligent, and professional - while also being warm, non-intimidating, and reassuring.The day of the surgery was very straightforward. All the staff were kind/professional/efficient. I felt safe in regard to all their covid-19 protocols.3 days after surgery I was able to take off the dressings & see the surgical results. Almost cried. They look amazing. Dr. Evans did SUCH a good job. His cuts are very clean. He customized the incisions on each breast as they were a bit different to begin with. Resulting in very symmetrical (but still natural) looking breasts post-surgery.My goal (reduced neck/shoulder/back pain) was achieved instantly. The visual results are a really awesome bonus and a credit to Dr. Evan’s surgical skills, attention to detail, and aesthetic eye.Post-surgical care was great too. I had a follow-up appointment 1 week & 4 weeks later. Dr Evans gave extensive advice as to how to improve my scars over time.I had so many questions throughout the entire process and both Dr. Evans and his receptionist Cassandra were very kind & accomodating - answering every query I had. I’m sure I must have been annoying but they never made me feel that I was. Excellent communication.Highly recommend Dr. Evans if you’re looking for a surgeon.

Only a month later I'm beyond happy with the results of my breast reduction done by Dr. Evans and his team. Everything went well right from the first contact with his assistant Cassandra, always kind and helpful. Dr. Evans explained the entire process and answered all my questions! The surgery went well, no problems at all with post OP either, he is very knowledgeable and very patient! His nurse Inga is also super nice! Thank you so much for literally changing my life!
